As a Senior Technology Consultant, I’ve worked closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that truly make a difference. Acting as a go-between for technical and non-technical teams, I’ve helped ensure that projects run smoothly and meet client expectations. Building trust has been a big part of my work, and I take pride in delivering high-quality results that have led to long-term partnerships and repeat business.

One of my most rewarding projects was helping a biotech company grow from 12 to 300 employees by optimizing their core operational systems, which also played a role in boosting their revenue. I also developed a reporting system that cut the time it takes to generate reports by 90%, giving stakeholders the tools to make faster, more informed decisions.

I’ve tackled some tough challenges, like managing data migrations during acquisitions, and ensured everything went smoothly to improve operations and client satisfaction. Training new developers has also been a big focus—I’ve onboarded six team members, helping them quickly get up to speed with system functionality and architecture.

One of my favorite projects was building a labor management app that boosted workforce productivity by 10x. It was exciting to see how this solution not only improved day-to-day efficiency but also gave clients more confidence in their data and opened the door to new business opportunities. These skills have allowed me to bring fresh ideas to my work, like using AI to streamline processes and cloud technologies to make systems more scalable. Working at Finetre gave me the chance to contribute to meaningful projects for some of the top financial firms in the country. The company specialized in transaction processing and compliance automation, and I played a key role in supporting their flagship platform, AnnuityNet, which processed $15 billion in annuity premiums annually for over 20 major brokerage firms, including Fidelity, Merrill Lynch, and Legg Mason.

I built and maintained user-friendly web interfaces to ensure a smooth experience for clients while also designing automated reporting systems that drastically reduced reporting time. These tools provided clients with the insights they needed to make faster, more informed decisions. In addition, I worked on improving website performance, making it more reliable and efficient, which greatly enhanced client satisfaction.

My time at Finetre allowed me to combine technical problem-solving with a client-focused approach, helping deliver impactful solutions to meet business needs. It was rewarding to see the positive outcomes of the work we did, both for the company and for its clients.
